Payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the workshop. For bookings made less than 7 days before the commencement of the workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking. Any individual who has paid a deposit for the workshop who wishes to transfer to an alternative Digital Swaledale photography workshop will be subject to an administration fee of £10. We are unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years old.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking then please inform us in writing or email as soon as possible. It will not be possible to refund cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date of the workshop.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ATTEND THE WORKSHOP ENTIRELY AT YOU OWN RISK. Digital Swaledale aim to provide a safe and enjoyable day on our workshops. However no responsibility will be accepted by Digital Swaledale or any land owner for any loss, damage, injury or death incurred whilst attending a workshop we organise. A reasonable level of fitness is required for most workshops as hills and walking are involved on un-surfaced ground. It is recommended that clients have their own Public Liability Insurance.
Should it be necessary for us or the client to cancel or postpone a workshop, then we will endeavour to move the workshop to an alternative date. If you are unable to attend this alternative date, then a full refund of the monies paid will be made. Unless otherwise stated, assume all workshops are going ahead as planned. We are unable to refund anyone who does not attend due to adverse weather conditions.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email on receipt of your deposit or full payment along with details of the workshop.
